At Eliminationvital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our evening habit kits and related products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from eliminationvital.world, request refunds, or arrange exchanges. This policy applies to all physical products including the Evening Rhythm Planner, Calm Space Starter Set, and Weekly Wind-Down Workbook, and complies with your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These statutory rights are not affected by this Return Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
You may return unopened and unused habit kits within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Opened products may be returned within fourteen days if they are defective, not as described, or damaged upon arrival. Products that have been written in, marked, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection cannot be returned unless faulty.
The following Eliminationvital products are eligible for return under this policy: Evening Rhythm Planner in unopened or defective condition, Calm Space Starter Set with all components present and undamaged, Weekly Wind-Down Workbook if unused or if pages contain printing defects, and any bundled product sets purchased directly from our website. Digital content or downloadable materials, if offered in future, are subject to separate terms communicated at the point of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned unless defective: products that have been personalised or customised to your specifications, products with broken seals where the seal is necessary for health or hygiene reasons and has been removed after delivery, products that have been clearly used or completed, and gift cards or promotional items provided free of charge. If you receive a product that falls into a non-returnable category but is faulty, your statutory rights still apply.

For returns due to change of mind within the thirty-day period, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage. For returns due to defective products, incorrect items shipped, or damage caused in transit, Eliminationvital will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of valid proof of postage. Return the product in its original packaging where possible to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds include the product purchase price and original standard delivery charges only when the return is due to our error or a defective product. Express delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled due to our fault.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different Eliminationvital habit kit, contact us within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement product is priced higher, you will be charged the difference. If priced lower, we will refund the difference. Exchanges follow the same return shipping procedures outlined above.
If your habit kit arrives damaged or contains printing defects, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Defective products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to repair, replacement, or refund if goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account and contact your card issuer, as processing times vary. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Custom or personalised orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
